People, drive to the south of Albania ♡

Yesterday we drove from Tirana to Vlora and today further to Ksamil. Always nice along the coast. I had read that the coastline in southern Albania is supposed to be very beautiful, and what my eyes consumed today can hardly be surpassed in beauty.

On the way to Tirana last Saturday, we were still offered eggs, chickens, baby rabbits, and young sheep by the roadside. We didn't experience any of that today, instead we went over 'passes', 6 °C, we saw snow, my Opel Corsa was pretty much at its limit. It took us almost four hours for 110 km. Potholed roads, steep roads, heavy rain showers, and of course many photos were some of the 'culprits' :)

These incredible colors ♡ the sea shines like in the Pacific, the green in the mountains - whoever can, go to the south of Albania ♡
