Day 35: Christchurch - Singapore

The last night in New Zealand is history and we are packing our bags. After a shower, we take the free shuttle from Jucy to the airport at 10 o'clock, where we arrive 5 minutes later. We take off at 12 o'clock and Pia notices at her window seat that the huge wing almost robs us of the complete view. The first three hours are a bit uncomfortable because there are strong gusts of wind over the sea, which is why lunch is served a bit delayed. Afterwards, we have a pleasant flight (11 hours) and we would actually be 30 minutes earlier at the destination, but we circle for 40 minutes over Singapore due to lack of landing permission... Then we take the subway to our hotel where we get a great room with a city view. At 10 o'clock, we fall tired into bed, after all it would already be 3 o'clock in the morning in Christchurch!
