Tandem tour Day 50

Petra:

Today we had breakfast at the bakery and then we started. The humid heat was bothersome and the relieving thunderstorm passed us in the afternoon. Today, I liked the many small villages with brick houses and mostly sweet front gardens the most. The only downside was that I overate with undoubtedly good food. We found accommodation with a communal bathroom and hope that no one else will come.

Uwe:

We have left behind the industrial and major cities of the Ruhr area. The cycling paths led us through agriculturally influenced areas and along or on the dike next to the Rhine. Since today was a holiday here, we encountered quite a few cyclists on a day out.
