Day 29 - Departure

Today it has happened,

I have to leave again.

Andi will stay another month,

And spend his time in the West.

For me it means off to home,

And out of North American Canada.

Now I'm already on the plane,

And I feel like a little winner.

Because I have experienced a lot in the country,

Luckily the earth did not tremble.

Now it's enough though,

And I'm ready for the flight.

We saw countless forests on the way,

They were also occasionally mentioned in a report.

We also explored various cities,

Some menus were very tasty.

Every now and then we went swimming,

It runs like a red thread through our journey.

Whether it's a hot pot, a jacuzzi or a pond,

The water always made us soft.

We even spotted squirrels, beavers, and whales,

And certainly took a lot of pictures.

But bears and elks remained hidden from us,

However, this did not cause us great worries.

We were more delighted with the little things,

And rarely regretted taking a step or a hike.

As a reward, there was always a break,

Whether on the way or in the hotel at home.

We cruised more than 2500km with our cruiser,

And spent some time behind the wheel.

But our vehicle was a reliable companion,

It took us to every destination and much further.

Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec were the well-known stops,

And only Roberval and the Montreal Alouettes were the real flops.

It was four exciting and entertaining weeks,

As we stayed almost completely dry on these days.

We did have some struggle with the mosquitoes,

And the washing machines also had their quirks.

Otherwise, everything went smoothly,

We never had to buy a band-aid.

Finally, the sporting events did not fall short,

Fortunately, our CH-bikers did not have any falls.

The games and events brought us much joy,

And accompanied us throughout the whole trip.

But now the whole magic is over,

And I'm going back home.

But the great moments and memories will remain,

And now I will fold up the diary.
