Today we want to go to Gibraltar. If we are already here, we naturally have to visit it! The built-up coast goes on and on. They have turned a national road into the A7, right along the coast and through all the towns. With roundabouts and cyclists - on the highway! You really have to be careful.
We search in vain at all gas stations for glp - you can't refuel with Autogas.
At the border to Gibraltar there is a traffic jam, they really do border controls! Has Brexit already happened? Of course, we get lost first, then find a parking space at a large shopping center. From there we walk to the city center, which is really a mix between England and Spain. You can hear English and Spanish, there are a lot of people around. In the summer, it must be really crowded here.
Of course, you have to eat Fish and Chips in England. Totally overpriced and not even with vinegar, but it doesn't matter.
Getting back to the car, we only find it thanks to Mrs. Google.
Passing Tarifa, the surfer's paradise, we finally find a nice beach spot at Playa de los Lances after a long search. Lizzie, who stands by the door at every stop, like the passengers after landing, clearly enjoys being able to run again. You wouldn't believe she's turning 14 soon when you see her like this. Unfortunately, the wind is quite cold, we actually planned to have a sunny day tomorrow. We'll see....
