Last day in Korcula and somehow we still feel like swimming in this turquoise water.....
We throw the swim bag in the car and take the small coastal road in the north of Korcula town, passing many bays until we reach the end in the town of Racisce. And now? We can't really decide.
During a short stroll along the harbor, we discover - for recurring bathing fun - a plastic dolphin on a leash and 2 signs pointing to other swimming bays. We walk the 1.5 km long, steep and sweat-inducing path to Vaja Bay on foot and first examine the swimming opportunity to see if it meets our now elevated demands ;-)
We find a small pebble beach, gentle waves in clear water, and hardly any bathers. Exactly to our liking!
