Longyearbyen 16-23 May 2022/23 May

After a peaceful night, we return to Longyearbyen with our Hurtigruten ship Nordstjernen (the oldest one still in operation) at 8 o'clock. Then we go to Hotel Radisson Blu for breakfast, which we enjoy extensively in sunny weather with a view of the harbor. We take a short walk to the harbor, where we can still photograph eider ducks. At 12 o'clock we take a shuttle bus to the nearby airport. We enjoy the return flight via Tromsø in fantastic weather, with unique snow-covered mountains and the sea. We stay at Hotel 'Best Western In' in Oslo, from where we fly back to Zurich on Tuesday. An incredibly beautiful journey comes to an end 😇😇😇
