The night is coming to an end and we slept - exceptionally well. The passing main road on Lake Garda and the neighboring organic farm in the Cinque Terre with its 120 chickens and 2 roosters have conditioned us in such a way that nothing could disturb us this night. Visibly recovered - and without tired eyes - we start our day with the promised croissants and baguette, and it actually feels a bit French, between croissant, baguette, and red Gauloises.
To not rush anything, we first sort ourselves out quite leisurely, as newly arrived in France. Our books are enthralling and keep us busy until noon. That's when our giant buffalo mozzarella finally comes into play. With a touch of Italy, we enjoy tomato-mozzarella in glorious sunshine and mentally prepare ourselves for the upcoming tan.
Well strengthened, we head to the on-site beach and after a few hours, we realize that it is particularly crowded, but also particularly beautiful here. The initially planned quick continuation of our journey will have to wait, as we first enjoy a refreshing sunbathe and recharge our energy. Not even a few clouds can bother us and in the evening, we end the day with Italian ravioli and homemade tomato sauce made by Jumper.
The further journey will be postponed for now, it's actually quite cozy here.
