Now it was time, our first border crossing with Maggi. All easy! The responsible customs officer, an older gentleman with a slight belly and a crazy dog, didn't feel like inspecting vehicles today. After a brief moment of contemplation, he handed us the necessary documents and sent us to the next 'stamp' station. After 20 minutes, we had the necessary documents and stamps and officially entered Argentina.
After a XXL shopping trip and a XXL refueling, we drove to El Palmar National Park. Here you can find palm trees in abundance as well as capybaras. Kai's new favorite motif 😊
On the way there, there were a couple of police controls. The department is known for its special policemen who like to issue traffic tickets in dollars to tourists. Of course, these fines must be paid immediately on the spot. Maggi, on the other hand, was well equipped. He is now equipped with ugly reflector strips on all sides. The police checks were actually very amusing and problem-free. However, the reflectors were always looked at critically.
Currently we are in Cordobá, the second largest city in Argentina. Beautiful town with many churches and an interesting market. Unfortunately, there are no photos of that. We didn't want to take out the camera in this hustle and bustle.
