Cape Breton Highlands

Hello dear ones,

the days are flying by and I have already been here for a week. I haven't really done much work, now I'm cleaning out of boredom... awful 😄 Without a car, you're really stuck here... my host has to work every day from 3 pm until at least 9 pm, so in the afternoons I'm either at the beach (5 minutes walk through the woods) or indoors when the weather is bad. In the mornings, we usually go hiking, which is really cool. Recently, we hiked the Skyline Trail - an incredibly beautiful view! Next week, we'll drive to Sydney, Nova Scotia and buy winter clothes for me 😄 because I'm already getting cold sometimes... How will it be in winter at -20 degrees 😅
