Salamanca - Burgos

We take it easy and drive to Burgos in the morning. Around midday we reach the municipal campsite, which we really like. There are almost only Dutch people around us, and we start chatting to them! A lot of Dutch people seem to go to Spain again and again.

From here, a wonderful cycle path leads along the river to the town centre, which is about 3 km away. So we cycle there at a leisurely pace and have a look around. The town is much newer than Salamanca, also has beautiful squares and of course a huge cathedral. We skip the inside tour though... We seem to have exhausted our capacity for churches. So we cycle back! Delicious dinner in the campsite restaurant.
