Last night we went to the local village to have a pizza. I had one with tuna and it seemed like a small cat had smelled it. She sneaked around our table and meowed heartbreakingly 😉! This cute little creature turned out to be a mean creature 🤨. We couldn't give her any tuna because it was too spicy, and suddenly she growled at Daniela first and then at me. I'm not afraid of cats, but that was really intense. We both immediately lifted our feet and the waiter shooed the cat away 😂!
This morning, I was looking forward to a really good breakfast, I miss our bread and a slice of fresh cheese 🙁. What's there, is there a Dutch cardboard bread🙈 and homemade jams 😤. You can also order à la carte egg variations. I ordered scrambled eggs with vegetables 😐. What I got was scrambled eggs with parsley ☹️. The breakfast was so depressing ☹️!
This morning, I accompanied Daniela to her diving base 👍. It was super interesting to see how a dive is prepared😁. After the "gear up" (preparing the equipment) and the briefing, I took Daniela to her diving boat - a typical Balinese outrigger boat, from which divers then plunge into the water backwards over their heads... 🙈
Then I went to the spa. First, I had a one-hour Balinese massage. Then followed a full body mask. When I was completely smeared with this paste, I was wrapped in a lot of towels. I felt like a nicely wrapped gift 😂. Hm, I imagined what would I do now if my nose itches 🤭? It promptly itched on the left side 🙈. Hm, I tried not to think about it and focused more on the wonderful warmth on my whole body from the mask. Oops, I must have fallen asleep 😴 and was woken up after half an hour of sleep! After I unwrapped myself, I was allowed to take a shower. Now followed the last part. A 30-minute aromatherapy bath, in a huge bathtub 🤗. Oooh, that felt really good! I'm so relaxed 😌!
Daniela returned from her dives in the afternoon. She wasn't particularly thrilled with the first dive as many corals had been trampled. Seeing something like that hurts the diver's soul ☹️.
On the other hand, the second dive was even more beautiful 🤗. Two turtles 🐢 accompanied the group for a while, that must have been very exciting. The variety of different fish was also very impressive 👍. I've already watched two little blue moray eels on video, as well as scorpionfish and cuttlefish. Yes, when diving you see different fish than when snorkeling 😁! And the corals were apparently very beautiful too. She also filmed several clownfish in anemones 👍
We just planned our next tour 👍. Tomorrow we're going to Sanur at 10 o'clock 😊! I just booked a hotel and arranged for a taxi 🚕!
We strolled through the harbor area earlier 🙈. Help, so much dirt and people in their huts, it's unimaginable to live like that ☹️! Street dogs were everywhere, supposedly they belong to the locals. Hm, I don't know if that's true. Fresh fish was offered at almost every stand. Some of it was covered with ice, but flies also found the fish irresistible 🙈! A woman told me to buy fish from her 🤭, hm, I felt sorry for her when I saw that she also had fruit for sale. I bought a dragon fruit from her 😂. We kept walking. I find it shocking how much dirt/plastic waste is revealed at low tide 🙁.... unbelievable!!!!
We're going to eat and drink now 👍🤗.
Best regards from Bali
