Sant Joan de Vinyafrescal (in Spanish San Juan de Viñafrescal) is a locality belonging to the municipality of la Pobla de Segur, in the province of Lleida, Catalonia (Spain, Europe). It is part of the Pallars Jussà region (regional capital: Tremp) and the Tremp judicial district, the judicial district no. 1 of the province of Lleida.

It has a population of 79 inhabitants (INE data 2023) and is located just 3 km away from la Pobla de Segur.

The parish church is dedicated to Saint John the Baptist, dates back to the 11th century, and is in the Pyrenean Romanesque style. There is also a hermitage on the outskirts of the village dedicated to Santa Lucía.
