Visit to the water park in Grand Canyon Chiang Mai.

So, what stupid idea did I come up with today? Hmmm, maybe I can rent a completely beaten-up bicycle and ride 20 km each way to the Grand Canyon. On the highway, after all, there is no real bicycle lane. Or sometimes there is one. The shoulder of the highway. Where cars often park and you have to dangerously switch to another lane. Is that allowed? Whoosh, the police just passed. Is this idea maybe too stupid? Well, now it's too late. It has already happened. The police didn't care. I have to leave 300 Baht as a deposit for this piece of junk. In Germany, this thing would have ended up in the junkyard. Renting it costs only 50 Baht. Since I have left so much for the deposit, there was unfortunately no money left for lunch. Oreos and chips from the backpack had to do. I arrived back in Chiang Mai completely exhausted around 7 p.m. First, let's eat something! The shower afterwards was just great!

Oh, by the way, in the morning before I left, I said goodbye to Eri. We hugged briefly. When I came back, her 7eleven (a supermarket chain here in Thailand) figure from Nivea was on my bed. She showed it to me yesterday. That will be my souvenir of her. I told you, she is such a lovely woman!

Oh yes, two, it was a very awesome day! I fell down a lot at the water park. Sometimes I climbed up and wondered how I would ever get down again. I often had to overcome my fear. And the zip line was great too! Sometimes it was really dangerous though. And my toes hurt a lot after climbing.
