Eigerøy Lighthouse

We were drawn to the lighthouse or, in Norwegian, Fyrtarn.

A short hike to the tower is still ahead.

It’s definitely worth it to get that out of the way first!

The path to the lighthouse builds excitement with every step. It goes up and down, left and then right, but you still can’t see the tower!

You can already hear the sea. The water thundering against the rocks repeatedly.

Finally arrived at the top.....!

The view .... is beautiful or dreamy, almost magical and beyond any words I know to describe.

The wind sweeping over the rocks makes my girlfriend's hair swirl so much that she will soon need to use a hair tie.

It is eerily silent, okay - we can perceive the water and the wind.

We need to slowly make our way back, there is so much to see...
