Friday, 10th February 2023 - the arrival

"Let's go..." it says in the AIDA documents. I won't say no to that twice. It's 11:22 a.m. and the ICE train to Frankfurt Airport is rolling in. I, quite fit, considering that I left the hospital from my night shift only 5 hours ago and didn't just fall into bed tired like usual, but instead did everything a woman has to do. Okay, okay, I have several good circumstances to thank for the fact that I don't feel like I have to lie down involuntarily right now. Sorry, short story long. So I get on my first mode of transport towards "1001 Nights" and look for MY seat in first class. Yeah, who can, can! Oh, did I mention, the Deutsche Bahn is p u n c t u a l! You wouldn't believe it. The first point that helps me to call the journey quite pleasant. Well, let's see what else is coming. You shouldn't count your chickens before they hatch, or in my case, before 4:55 a.m. on the 11th of February. The weather is excellent, sunny and cloudless blue sky. Perfect to mentally prepare for a pleasant warmth of 30 degrees. Yes, you read that right! I'm happy to write it again. 30 degrees!
