Tag 1 - The journey begins.

Hello,

We are Kim and Jeroen and we have just finished our high school exams. Now it's time for our long-awaited trip through Scandinavia. We will be traveling by car and camping wherever we like it the most.

We started our journey in the beautiful Siegerland. Our goal is to travel through Norway to Nordkapp and then return through Sweden.

On July 22, 2017, our journey began. The sun was shining and we were in good spirits, hoping to reach our first destination, the town of Kollund, just past the Danish border, quickly and dry. After a few kilometers, we were convinced otherwise.

After about 8 hours of pouring rain on the highway, we reached our destination, set up our tent, and took advantage of the rain break to have a barbecue and a short walk on the beach.
