Only 2 more weeks

It's Saturday and I'm sitting here enjoying coffee and breakfast. When I look out the window, I'm even more excited about my trip, which will start in 13 days, because it's snowing.

These past few days, a storm named Friederike has made life difficult in Germany. In addition to the strong winds, there has been heavy rain. However, 12°C have been forecasted for next Tuesday. This weather is driving me crazy.

In Paraguay, I can expect temperatures of 30°C+. I can't wait!

In anticipation, I've ordered some extra shorts and summer dresses =)

This time, the preparations for this trip have been a bit larger than usual. Since I've rented a car, I had to get an international driver's license and a credit card. Fortunately, I'm allowed to travel with two pieces of luggage. (I hope both of them arrive :-D). The first suitcase is already full of gifts.

This time, we have a lot planned. I'm curious to see what we can actually accomplish. I can already see it... Hot weather will make us stay at home in the hammock.
