Continuing the journey to Thailand

In the morning at 07.30 local time, we landed in our second destination, Thailand (Bangkok), after a six-hour flight. After a lot of sleep and freshly washed clothes, we boarded the train to Surat Thani the next morning. The train was so slow that it didn't surprise us that instead of 8 hours, we ended up spending 12 hours in an air-conditioned train compartment. Tired and exhausted, we arrived at our hotel in Surat Thani late in the evening. The next morning, we took a taxi to Khao Sok National Park.
