The first day

After landing in Faro at 7:00 am local time, feeling very exhausted, we arrived at Hotel Vidamar Algarve at around 8:00 am. The day was filled with swimming in the Atlantic, pool time, and relaxing in the sun. The hotel is amazing, and the view of the sea is wonderful. As a surprise, the hotel management had a special treat delivered to our room during our grocery shopping tour. Strawberries dipped in chocolate and chilled champagne. The surprise was a success!
