ተሓቲሙ: 20.04.2019
So it finally happened to me too:
I managed to make a complete mess of a 'train journey'!
I had picked a connection and booked it through the DBApp. The first 2 hours were by bus through Denmark, then a ferry and finally the IC train to Celle.
Just like that, it's that easy.
And because I didn't want to stress in the early morning, I booked the ticket for 3:10 PM.
So little Michael stood at the ZOB in Copenhagen with his money pouch and his traffic warden winter hat, waiting for his bus. While all the other kids had long gone, little Michael was still waiting for the bus that would never come!
Damn!
I quickly went over to the main train station. They were nice and explained to me: 'Not ZOB, but Hbf!!!'
They told me to look at my ticket!
But my ticket said 'ZOB'.
Tststst....
Thanks DB!
Really smart trick!
But these Danish people felt pity for little Michael as he stood there with tears in his eyes, with his money pouch and traffic warden winter hat, and with a now expired ticket.
They offered a cool alternative, completely free of charge.
Instead of changing trains twice and arriving at 10:30 PM,
I had to change trains 6 times and arrived at 4:45 AM.
Wow! 👻
I thought to myself, go for it!
And it worked! 👍🎩🎉
