Platter Tire vs Mountain Enjoyment

ที่ตีพิมพ์: 16.05.2019

Yesterday I wanted to leave and then this happened: Shortly after leaving the campsite, my car indicated that the front left tire was losing air. Oh great. Shit... I thought (I take everything that comes with me :)) After pressing the spongy tire in disbelief, it was clear that I couldn't leave like this.

That's when Vasilis came around the corner (one of the very nice, helpful campsite owners) and asked if everything was okay - which I denied. Vasilis wouldn't be Vasilis if he hadn't asked me to come back to the campsite, called his friend in Amfissa 20 minutes away, and gave the flat tire some more air. Quickly go, he sent me to his friend's car workshop in perfect English. Slightly worried, I handed over my car to Elias there, took a walk through the beautiful old town, and picked up the Corsa an hour later. The tire tight again, my plans ruined.

I first went back to the campsite to thank Vasilis and enjoyed the afternoon sun next to the Wägali.

The landscape here is driving me crazy. So beautiful. Delfí you are beautiful - located on a steep slope in front of the Parnassus Mountains, overlooking the Corinthian Gulf, the tall, snow-covered mountains of the Peloponnese, and the Amfissa plain. In the evening, Kiran and I wander around here for almost three hours, followed by sheep and goats (Kiran, do something :)!) and enjoy the mountains with a view of the sea. That's happiness ♡
