The city center of Adelaide is surrounded by parks, with one side facing the Karrawirra Parri River and a large park on the other side. This makes the city center very manageable.
First, we visited the Central Market, where you can find everything that can be offered culinary. Hmm, everything looks delicious. Then something completely different, the Himeji Garden, a Japanese garden in the middle of Adelaide that exudes peace and harmony.
After the tranquility, we went to the Rundle Mall, a huge mall with a shopping street. To escape the heat, we sought shade in the botanical garden. Very appealingly designed and really worth seeing.
So much culture also called for relaxation in one of the nice wine bars. We ended the day with a nice dinner.
