25.08.2017 to the sea

ที่ตีพิมพ์: 27.08.2017

After a windy night, we decided to have breakfast in the lodge and started promptly towards Kolmannskuppe at 8:30.

Kolmannskuppe is a former diamond village that was founded in 1908 by the German August Stauch after diamonds were found in the sand during track construction. The last families left the village in 1947. Today it is a ghost town and a museum. Today you can see the casino, hospital, ice factory, bakery, butcher, store, etc.

In the afternoon, we continue to Lüderitz by the sea. Delicious lobster to eat. They are freshly caught here from the cold Atlantic.

In the evening, we return to Aus to our campsite.

PS: we have a new game. Who can find a cloud. They are so rare here. So far we have seen two!!
