I visited the famous Bondi Beach in Sydney. There are many surfers here, but it's too cold to swim.
Visited Madame Tussauds and found my place :D Took a walk around the city and enjoyed the beautiful weather. It's my last day in Sydney after all.
The next day, I took the train from Sydney to Canberra. The trains are a bit old but very cheap, making for a comfortable and stress-free journey.
In Canberra, I visited the War Memorial, which was very interesting. I then walked to the Parliament and checked it out. That's pretty much it for Canberra, I didn't feel like going to the museum.
From Canberra, I took the train again, but this time first class, to Melbourne. It was about a 10-hour journey.
In the morning, I went to the information center to get a map of Melbourne.
Walked through the Queen Victoria Market, it's amazing how busy it is and all the things you can buy there. Visited the museum.
In the evening, I went to the Eureka Skydeck 88. From there, I saw how big Melbourne and its districts really are.
Afterwards, I had a wheat beer at the Hophaus and by chance, I met two Bavarians who have been living here for 4 years. Had a few more beers with them :D
The next day, I wasn't feeling so well, but I still had to get up early because I changed hostels.
Yesterday, I visited the racecourse, went to the Botanic Gardens, and did some shopping, but didn't find anything. In the evening, I had a proper Australian steak, which was perfect. One of the best I've ever had.
Right now, I'm sitting in the State Library Victoria in Melbourne (it's so big and crowded) and writing the blog.
