Bangladesh is probably the most controversial country we have visited in the last few months. What we expected was infinite poverty, garbage, and desperate people. In fact, we were more than warmly welcomed, we experienced the people in Bangladesh (with few exceptions) as the most helpful people we encountered on the entire journey. As soon as we arrived in any village, it took less than ten minutes for the whole village to gather, after the call "Bideshi! Bideshi!" - translated: "Foreigner!
