29 Atolls, 1,225 islands, 870 reef systems, 160 species of coral. Those are the Marshall Islands. One of the four atoll nations in the world. Only the Marshall Islands, the Maldives, Kiribati, and Tuvalu are entirely made up of corals. We made a short overnight stop in Majuro, the capital of the Marshall Islands, and then we went by speedboat past many small green islands until we arrived at Eneko. We spent one night here. There are more animals than people here. Only a local family and us were on the island. We enjoyed the bathtub-warm water, took a walk on the beach, collected shells, and relaxed. After another overnight stay, as we found out, at the Senator and Minister of Environment of the Marshall Islands, we continue to Kiribati.
