Still waiting...

On 27.06. we received a message from the shipping company that a stowaway was spotted on our ship and they had to hand him over to the border police in Liverpool. So the ship had to turn around and the arrival in Halifax was delayed until 08.07.

Annoyed, we booked the last available rental car at the last minute, which we picked up on 28.07. Luckily, it was a big car where we could also sleep.

Finally, we felt free and could explore a small part of Canada. We crossed three small provinces (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island). On the way to Prince Edward Island, we even drove over the Conferderation Bridge, Canada's longest bridge (12.88 kilometers long & 60 meters high) and one of the longest bridges in the world, which made Roman sweat because of his fear of heights. :)

On our road trip, we saw the world-famous Hopewell Rocks, Peggys Cove, various beaches, beautiful sleeping spots, and the wonderful nature of Canada.

After returning the rental car on 04.07., we are now waiting for our bus in Halifax again.
