Day 0: Flight and first Impressions

On the 8th of August, we all met at the Karlsruhe train station. For the last time in three weeks, we drank our last original German beer with our loyal fans to an eventful adventure. - Hopefully nothing important has been forgotten. -

After a short detour via Frankfurt main station, we finally arrived at Frankfurt airport. - Quickly checked in and had a little refreshment on the way, we finally sat in the plane. Despite our late arrival, we managed to get the top seats in the plane - right in front of the emergency exits. This gave us enormous legroom throughout the flight.
The flight ran smoothly. The pilot flew the route in the best time and the plane even arrived 30 minutes earlier at Delhi airport. After barely eight hours of flying, with little sleep, we arrived exhausted in India.
