17 Days Darling Harbour Barangaroo

Actually, I wanted to go swimming today, then I took the ferry to Circular Quay to get advice at the tourist information on which tour I should take to Hunter Valley. Then I booked a tour for Tuesday. Since I was already in the city, I checked how to walk from Martin Place to my bus to Palm Beach. I also found the bus stop but somehow ended up in Darling Harbour. I already knew the jetty from the trip to Paramatta. Then I walked along the entire coast back to Circular Quay. It was beautiful. Hardly any people and partly everything newly created as a promenade. In the end, I also went to The Rocks. Today there was an art market with very nice things and at the end of the market, there was a food market. All nations were represented and were cooking, grilling, and baking. Skewers, pancakes in all variations, flatbread, soups, pizza, and so on. Then I ate a Thai pancake. It was very delicious. In the evening at 6:30 pm, I took the ferry back to Rose Bay. Tomorrow I will go to Palm Beach, which means getting up early again. The weather is supposed to stay nice. Oh by the way, Michelle was right, there are hardly any Asians left. Of course, still more than with us, but if I think back to last week.....

Yesterday and today I heard a lot of German language. There are two big cruise ships here and one of them is Norwegian, usually with many Germans on board.

So then see you tomorrow Roswitha
