Day 7 Tromsø

As the pictures already show, I didn't do much today. After the long drive yesterday, it was time to slow down.

It rained lightly throughout the day, so I had a good reason not to leave the hotel until noon. I wrote the blog about yesterday's drive and just stayed lazy in bed.

When I heard my stomach growling, I remembered the advice to go eat sushi in Tromsø. Sushi? Norway? Well, why not, it's mostly made of fish. And behold, even though I would always prefer a crispy schnitzel over a portion of sushi, it tasted delicious. But a few small rolls won't make anyone really full. That's why I also had a cappuccino and a sweet piece from the bakery today. Despite the rain, it was quite warm and there were many people sitting in the street cafes, doing the same as me.

I wandered around the old town for a while and visited the cathedral. Funny enough, my Karin, who is also on vacation in our Swabian region, informed me via WhatsApp that she is also visiting churches. So we were connected through something higher.

Now back at the hotel, I quickly write these lines and plan the next part of the trip, which will take me to the Lofoten Islands.
