Hello Chongqing 🌞

Whatzzzz up

This morning we were able to sleep a bit longer, as our train didn't leave until 13.35 o'clock 👍🏽

Of course, we woke up before the alarm 🤦🏽‍♀. After packing our things, we treated ourselves to a big breakfast at the hostel (we are getting better and better at finding good food 🤙🏾).

When we walked to the subway station, an old man (once again) took a picture of us. We should really charge money for it, our trip would be paid 🤦🏽‍♀. But by now we are used to it 😂

The train ride was really easy cheeesy, only 1 1/2 hours 👏🏽. But when we arrived in Chongqing, the fun began. Somehow the subway tricked us, but anyway, that doesn't bother us 😎

What bothered us a bit though, was a guy (a real jerk, he was wearing sunglasses in the subway, who does that 🤦🏽‍♀🤦🏽‍♀🤦🏽‍♀). He followed us and even chased us. Yep, we aliens are popular. Thank God we eventually lost him.

Then the eternal search for the right exit began (the Chinese really have to exaggerate everything, 100 million different exits for a subway station, who can understand that 🙄🤷🏽‍♀). Of course, we took the wrong one, it was clear. So we ended up in a huge department store, where we couldn't find the way out 😂

But never mind, those who search will find. We had a similar experience at the hotel, we stood in front of the right building for half an hour and didn't know where to go, so we asked around a bit and it actually worked.

But it was definitely worth it, we have a whole apartment to ourselves. Even with a washing machine (HEAVEN 😇)

We were happy for an hour, then we went out to look for something to eat (we are in the food street here, so it shouldn't be a problem. Or so we thought.🤷🏽‍♀😂). But without pictures or English, it's a bit tricky.

But we actually found something to eat at a street stand, it was really nice 👌🏽. After that, we quickly went shopping and now it's time to chill 👏🏽😁
