Last stop Singapore

....after 13 hours of flight, we have now landed in Singapore and are wandering around the huge airport.....for some energy, let's have a first round of Asian delicacies....Fried Carrot Cake Black and Spicy beef noodles.

We learn that the Carrot Cake has nothing to do with the familiar cake, but is a typical dish made from rice flour, which is then fried.....tastes interesting.
