Tag 12 Departure Plettenberg Bay & Arrival Swellendam

After 5 nights in the beautiful apartment in Plettenberg Bay, we headed to Swellendam, which is 3 1/2 hours away. This place was recommended to us by our landlords in Plettenberg Bay, so we decided to stay here overnight. After completing the approximately 360km drive in 3 1/2 hours, we first went to a restaurant for lunch. Once we checked into our apartment, we refreshed ourselves in the pool at 35 degrees. The view from our terrace of the surrounding mountains pleasantly surprised us as we expected a transit place. In the evening, following the recommendation of our landlords in Plettenberg Bay, we went to the restaurant Republic of Swellendam where we had dinner and also did a gin tasting alongside.
