Orientation weekend

"Sorry, there's no picture for you today." 📸 The picture is already a few days old.

Yesterday we had bagels for breakfast. Of course I wanted to try it and accidentally grabbed a bagel with raisins in it. It looked like a bagel with chocolate pieces to me. What a mistake, because I don't like raisins. 😅 I really should read what it says on the package. 😂

From 2 pm the other students arrived and there was an introduction. After the introduction the parents of a girl who was supposed to come to our room approached me. I was a little confused at first. 🤔

You won't believe it, but they addressed me in German. 😂 At first I had problems to change the language, because I am so polarized to English. It was really nice to speak German again ;)

I find it really hard to form German sentences when I'm on the phone with my family or suddenly have to speak German again because I only hear, speak and read English. 😅

Tomorrow I will go to the city and then I will see a 'Walmart' (supermarket) from inside. I heard it is supposed to be huge and much bigger than in Germany. :D
