After the thunderstorm with the bike theft and the hike to the wall, I decided to continue my journey.
First, of course, I had to recover for another night in the wildlife park. It is clear that you can sleep in any imaginable position. However, Planner (that's my Mercedes Bus) was a bit tilted in the longitudinal axis and the bed had a minimal inclination (even with the bike support)... I can tell you, it was the same sleep as the first time staying overnight with someone in the same bed. I just couldn't fall into a deep sleep and therefore had pleasant nightmares. Today, two days later, the bed is leveled out and it works 💪
From the wildlife park or let's say Hamburg, I continued to the Salt Bay towards Wismar (1st possible kite spot). I briefly thought about bread and eggs and did some shopping.
When I walked back to Planner and the bread fell down and I had already picked it up again, a woman asked: "can I hold your eggs?". At first, I wondered why the eggs🤷♂️ and answered with my sweet, courteous smile: "But of course, gladly." She smiled at me, but nothing happened.
Full of confidence for the onward journey and the first session, it started to rain heavily. Of course, I immediately sweetened the ride with the many puddles 😁
Once arrived, there was a rain break and also no wind anymore 😏 So I used the time to cook something small, namely breakfast.
Unfortunately, the wind didn't come anymore, so I enjoyed the day and explored the spot and the surrounding area on foot as well as with the electric scooter... For all kiters when the wind comes👍
After the fantastic day at the sea or Salt Bay and the successful breakfast, I decided to do another magic trick 🥳
My biggest concern was that I would have to cancel the trip because of cooking 😂
After enjoying the sunset with a bottle of Diplomatico, I went to bed.
