I woke up around 8:30 in the morning because someone decided to throw his 100 bottles into the container early in the morning, resulting in everything being too late. No mercy. I took a leisurely shower, packed my backpack, and said goodbye around 11 o'clock. First, I looked for a cafe to have breakfast.
I had a glass of orange juice and a toasted slice of bread with olive oil and Iberian ham.😁 I thought about what I should do today because I was already tired of the city. I googled for sights and found the Museum of Basque Culture, History, and Art. I didn't understand much because there was only a little translated into English, but pictures speak for themselves. It was really worth it, and voila, 2.5 hours were gone. I sat down in a bar, snacked on an omelet, and had a beer. I also had Wi-Fi and soon it was almost 3 o'clock. So I walked to the workshop and the van was ready.
I quickly paid the repair costs of €507 and then I was off. After a few kilometers, I checked again and the left brake was still a little warmer than the right one. Nevermind, off to Bilbao. A good hour and €13 toll later, I arrived at the parking spot. I had an excellent view of the city, but I had forgotten to go shopping. So I grabbed my bike and set off. In the supermarket, I grabbed something and headed back. But the path was so steep, I took an elevator twice, it was pretty cool.
When I arrived at the top, I was sweaty again and the shower this morning was in vain. Today I had tortellini in a bacon-cream sauce. It was delicious, but washing up was a disaster 😁😁 At the parking spot, there were tables and benches, so I sat down, drank 2 beers, and looked down at the city. And then it was time for bed.
