everything done right! that's my conclusion from the last two days.

almost everything. only the quick departure in Tawasap bothered me a little. with the knowledge of today, I would simply say that the taxi would already come at 9 am and by quarter to nine I would get nervous and look at the clock. then everything would be perfect.

the decision to check in at Hotel Gran Quitumbe for two nights was good. everything finished calmly and visited Martha and Paulina, went to the hairdresser and spruced up the blogs.

although, I also have Wi-Fi and internet here, in the volunteer apartment. from now on, I will report again daily, unless I don't have time anymore or am totally exhausted in the evening.

but now one thing at a time and in short version:
8 am got up in the hotel - packed things - got ready and read online for 20 minutes - at 9:30 put the suitcase in the entrance hall under supervision - enjoyed a continental breakfast (2$) in the restaurant 50 meters away - 10 am back and positioned in front of the hotel, with suitcase - WhatsApp from Marco, that he starts - WhatsApp from Marco, that he can't find it - then he found it after all - went up to the foundation, a truck with building material is waiting - barely arrived, had to jump in and help - drove to the volunteer apartment, it's amazing, really! - shared with two women, but they're not (yet) there - set up - drove to the grocery store, Marco had to go there anyway - bought cheese (!!!) and other things so that I don't starve (no chips, just in case!!) - went into the apartment and ... wrote a blog

I am very excited for the new challenge here. I've already told Marco, together with his wife who is the head of the foundation, that I would be very willing to work as a construction worker, given the ambitious plans to largely complete the construction in one month. He said a combination of construction in the morning and with the children in the afternoon would be quite feasible and doable.

I'm looking forward to whatever comes.
