Hello,
I wish you all a Happy New Year!! Sydney was crazy during these days. On December 31st, I had to work from 4 PM, and even the journey to work was adventurous, as everyone was already picnicking and settling down to watch the fireworks in 10! hours. The restaurant was very busy, and it was quite exhausting. Most of the time, however, I was at the party in our bar and not in the restaurant, which made it a bit more fun. At 12 o'clock, all the staff from the restaurant went to our rooftop terrace to celebrate the new year. We couldn't see the Harbour Bridge, but we could see the Opera House. Then I continued working until 1:30 and got ready at work to go to Darling Harbour. This was also an adventure, as the trains were not running, so I had to walk. At 3 o'clock, Ali, Lena, Anna, Krissy, Zoe and I went to a boat party until 7 o'clock. That was also very nice because we all celebrated together again and we could see the sunrise on the skyline. At 8 o'clock, we were back home and went straight to bed because the alarm clock rang at 2 PM. On January 1st, I had to work again at 4 PM, and everyone was pretty tired. The day was also very exhausting, people were lining up to eat at our place. That's why I didn't finish until 11:10 PM and then I went home to sit with other friends.
