Juicy green - that's what comes to mind when I look around.

We are now in the 'mountains' at around 1000 m. Everything is very small and idyllic - which is helpful for my orientation ;).

Yesterday morning I took a coffee tour on a small plantation where everything is still done by hand. It was very interesting to see how our 'bird's eye' coffee bean becomes coffee.

In the afternoon, I went horseback riding :) One of my highlights so far! It was also a challenge when the horse started galloping :))) but it was just fun. Besides that, we had an incredible view.

In the evening, Edi (our guide) prepared a fantastic barbecue. Delicious ;).

Today we continue to Santa Cathalina, where we will have some beach and relaxation time. But first, we have a 5-hour bus ride...
