Lovely Laos

Just quickly dash to Vientiane, the capital of Laos for the new Vietnam visa. That's the plan. The few 'planned' days turned into six weeks for me (à la slow traveller), and I'm back here again now.

Laos has incredibly beautiful nature to offer, tranquility (especially compared to noisy Vietnam), many animals in the countryside (so beware on the road as goats, water buffalo, and cows are often crossing the road), radiant people, and a relaxed slowness. Finding coffee for our usual and essential ;) breaks on the way to the capital was a bit challenging.
