Rome 2019 - Day 1

Sunday, 21 July 2019 – Day 1

This time the holiday is different again, because Lisa and Herbert are going south, to Rome . And it will be a flight again, so a one-way flight from Graz to Munich to Rome Fiumicino, i.e. GRZ-MUC-FCO.

The flights are problem-free and the Leonardo Express takes you quickly from the airport by the sea to the main train station, Roma Termini. And then you take the Metro line B to the Hotel Pulitzer . It is a nice, modern hotel, well located with a view of the greenery and also very quiet. We arrive at 8:30, just in time for dinner.

The decisive factor for choosing this hotel was not only the beautiful photos on the Internet, but also the location in the south of Rome, almost close to the airport, which could be important for us 😊 (see London 2018 - Day 5).
