Stage 27 Ponte della Priula - Bocca Callalta

Today the Piave river was my constant companion. This morning I got a nice scratch from a blackberry branch. The guidebook says that the narrow path along the riverbank will be the most challenging passage of the day. And it's true, I noticed. 😉 Blood was streaming from my mouth and arm. Afterwards, mostly roads and embankments through an agricultural region with three gravel pits, nurseries, and lots of vineyards. The supply along the way was poor today. Fortunately, I managed to get a cold cola from a bakery. The last kilometer on a busy road was really annoying. Tomorrow will be a very long stage. 34 km, let's see how it goes. By the way, I had no problems with navigation today 💪.
