Our circle is complete, we are back at the port of Seyðisfjörður. Everything is going smoothly again, this time we get the Svartstelkur cabin three doors down from the Falcon cabin on the way there.
It's patchy weather, quite rough seas. Susanne unpacks the miracle plasters that we stick behind our ears, which make us tired and appetiteless, but not seasick.
At night, it's dark again for the first time - unless you're in the brightly lit harbor of the Faroe Islands.
After 48 hours of travel, we are back in Hirtshals, Denmark. The journey south via Flensburg and Hamburg passes by quickly. We make a stopover in Hannover, where Susanne's daughter lives and has been looking after the dog - more like a small bear - last week.
After breakfast on Sunday, the last 350 km to Frankfurt feel a bit long, I've had enough of sitting in the car. But it was great, a very impressive trip.
Thank you, Susanne, for letting me join you.
