Autumn Water Festival

After the parents were at a birthday party with friends yesterday and I babysat, today was family day. Together, we went to a neighboring village to the Earth Trust Centre there. Today was Autumn Water Festival. The children were able to build water channels with pipes, we made apple juice ourselves (very tasty) and made popcorn over the campfire (also very tasty ^^). Finally, Izzy and Sophie made a water rocket. They flew really well.
We finished the afternoon/evening in a pub with delicious food. Before the children went to bed, we read a chapter in Amelia Fang. The children (and I) love this book :D
