I got shoes. Not exactly what I wanted, but they are okay. Walked to Bondi Beach again and took a walk in the water on the beach, despite the many people. The wind and the water were very pleasant. Then walked to Bondi Junction in the early afternoon and bought shoes. That's it for today. I think tomorrow I'll finally do a little culture and visit some sights.
As for the conductor at the gala evening, it wasn't Ricciardo Monti after all, as he conducted in Vienna on January 1st. I don't know who conducted for me in Sydney. In any case, he looked like the picture of Ricciardo Monti on the internet. But as I said, I don't really care who conducted. It was simply a fantastic evening and will always stay in my memory.
