Prutz/Tiroler Oberland

Now the time had come - with mixed feelings we went to Austria. Mixed feelings because we and especially the children were looking forward to the mountains, remembering the summer holidays of the last 2 years, on the one hand, but on the other hand, we had some concerns about the "3G madness" of the Austrians after the relatively relaxed and almost forgotten "corona handling" of the Croats.

3G means here "recovered, vaccinated or tested" in order to participate in leisure activities or go to a restaurant. Unfortunately, our "healthy, clean and smart" is not enough 😉

Somehow we manage to have our lunch every day at the mountain pasture 😉

Our campsite Aktiv Camping Prutz is located in the valley and is nothing special. During the day, we drive up the mountain to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis area, where we take the cable car to the alpine pastures, hiking trails, and playgrounds. We already know the region from 2019 and the kids willingly hike with us on the "Witches' Trail", "Pirates' Trail", "Murmur Trail" 🤩

We have also been to the awesome mountain and water playgrounds Murmliwasser, Kinderbergwerk & Co.
