08.01. Sunday, Whanganui, Otaki, 20 degrees, sunny, windy

Shopping at Pakn Save before breakfast, then drive to the Visitor Information where we have breakfast, cappuccino on Victoriastr. In another cafe, which is very nicely decorated (red walls). Then back to the huge playground. Ride with the tourist train. We barbecue fish for lunch. Around 3:00 we start towards Wellington. In Otaki we make a stop, go to the beach. Imola doesn't want to shower cold, so we have to go back to town and check gas stations. BP wants $91 to refill, Mobil only $31 for the same amount. Then we spend the night in a quiet side street.
