7.2.
My first day begins. Honestly, I don't feel like Hanoi, or at least the area where I landed. Let's see what this skepticism develops into this time.
First, I order breakfast because there is only typical Vietnamese food in my area again. A XXL big breakfast with a donut and lemon juice including delivery costs 9.76€, which is totally okay for me.
The last few days in Ha Long were as cloudy as it is here in Hanoi now. The sun won't shine through quickly :/
I also have to hang up laundry, hopefully it will dry soon. I will later think about how much money to withdraw from the ATM. After all, I don't want to have anything left when I leave Vietnam.

I walked to a lake and got some cash. Unfortunately, I don't like Hanoi. Even though I am at a small quiet lake, I long for departure. If I could, I would leave right now. There are still a few museums or temples to admire, but I have already done that enough. And honestly, the delicious and healthy food has slowly become a habit :P

Back in the room. I got myself a freshly squeezed pineapple-mango juice and an ear of corn. It is just too bustling, the air is so polluted. I can feel how my lungs are being affected. Since all the restaurants are on the streets, I will probably order something from Grab delivery service... When I came in, I met a three-member travel team and chatted with them briefly. There are also two Germans here. Let's see if I can chat with them. I only met them briefly at the entrance door when I left.
The streets are filled with endless columns of motorcycles, cars, and trucks. Tall, narrow buildings stand close together. There are so many shops and they all offer something different. Some repair motorcycles, others sell sanitary stuff, others grill dogs. Supermarkets, hair salons, fashion stores, wood carvings, banks, and even Bosch and Media Markt are here. DHL, gas stations, fitness studios, the list could go on for many lines.
Many Vietnamese spend their afternoon sitting at the roadside. Police officers, grandpas and grandmas, children, teenagers, everyone. After the lake, I walk over a parking lot. Many older men sit here and play a game loudly, which looks like Mühle, but the game pieces all bear supposed Chinese characters.
I did some research, it's called Xiangqi.
I'm afraid the next day will be as unspectacular as it hasn't been in the entire blog...
21:30 o'clock
Lying in bed. I ordered something to eat again. Now I'm going to watch a movie recommendation from my cloud :) Only 36 hours left, then I've defeated Hanoi 🤛
Good night beloveds 😘
