Firenze

Looking for a place to spend the night, we drive through the Tuscan mountains, up to Fiesole and further along the narrow roads to the Village campsite with a breathtaking view of Florence.

The camping shuttle takes us back to Fiesole, from where another bus (Italian local transport...absolutely punctual!!!!) takes us down to Firenze.

Using public transport in foreign countries can be quite exciting, but so far we have always found the right paths or the right means of transport.

Florence...what can one say about it?

Tuscan serenity surrounds us throughout the city. This cathedral...it leaves you speechless. There is something new "old" to discover around every corner.

And today we finally had our first original Italian pizza, opposite the most magnificent Medici Palace in Florence.
